Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve time, strategy, and resources that are expended as soon as a project begins, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns or disputes.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
Service Not Rendered: If no work has been delivered or initiated within 14 days of payment, and no communication has been made.
Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you request cancellation before we begin any planning, research, or implementation.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been sent:

Paid advertising (PPC/Google Ads/Facebook Ads) setup or management
Content creation (blog posts, ad copy, etc.)
Social media management and scheduling
Website or landing page optimization
Any consulting or strategy sessions
4. Project Deposits
For custom projects or retainer contracts, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve time and resources. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances once the agreement is signed and planning begins.

If you're not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your deliverables. We will:
